• Consultation context you choose to share — goals, family situation and approximate financials
• Basic technical data — browser type, pages visited and language preference (see the Cookie Policy)

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange consultations
• To prepare mortgage, planning or protection options you ask us for
• To improve our website and services
• To meet record-keeping duties under applicable law and regulation

We do not sell your personal information.

Your information is shared only as needed to serve you, and only with your consent:

• Lenders and insurers, when you ask us to submit an application
• Partner professionals (lawyers, accountants) you agree to involve
• Service providers under confidentiality obligations (e.g. secure document handling)
• Authorities where the law requires disclosure

Client files are kept on access-controlled systems and only staff who need them can view them. Where data is hosted and how long it is kept are available on request — write to info@guaranti.ca. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.

• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent, subject to legal and contractual limits
• Ask for deletion where no legal retention duty applies
