On 9 May 2026, Guaranti Group formally opened its new office in Richmond. Guests from government, business, media, partner firms and clients gathered to mark a significant point in the firm’s development.
The day represented more than a change of premises. It marked the start of a deliberately platform-based, systematic and long-horizon phase of the business.
Having begun in mortgage financing, Guaranti now brings together mortgage lending, tax planning, insurance and access to legal resources — a more complete service structure through which to offer families genuinely long-term, one-stop financial services.

Guests from government and business
The atmosphere on the day was warm and busy. Among those attending were MLA Mable Elmore, Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia, and MLA Sunita Dhir, Parliamentary Secretary for International Credentials — both of whom spoke as guest representatives.
Guaranti has always held that financial services are not only numbers and products; they touch how each family lives, plans and prepares. Which is why, alongside the professional work, the firm intends to remain a dependable presence within its community.

From nothing to the front rank — Elvis Hui on how Guaranti grew
Founder Elvis Hui gave a candid address.
Over twenty years ago he arrived in Canada from Hong Kong and started from nothing, initially working in logistics and gradually learning the rhythm and the opportunities of the country. In 2012, wanting both to be closer to his family and to build something more stable for them, he made the decision that changed the direction of his life — moving into the mortgage industry.
That decision is where Guaranti’s story begins.
From working alone, to becoming one of the country’s top-ranked mortgage brokers, to founding Guaranti Group, he has held to one principle:
Do every piece of work properly — not merely finish it.
That practical, straightforward and genuinely accountable approach is what earned the firm its clients’ trust, and what turned his own Canadian ambition into a larger one: building a professional platform through which more Canadians could get the financial guidance they actually need and can reasonably rely on.
In his remarks he noted that the name Guaranti stands for a commitment to financial service that is professional, systematic, and delivered with some warmth — treating a client family’s future the way the firm would treat its own.

Buying the office, rather than renting it
The new premises meant more to the firm than an upgrade in working environment.
Elvis Hui made a point of noting that Guaranti bought the office rather than leasing it. That represents a long-term commitment to the community — and it echoes the advice the firm has consistently given clients: property is a meaningful foundation for a secure future.
The design reflects how the firm works. The open layout is intended to convey transparency, trust and connection. At its centre is a multi-purpose seminar space seating around fifty people.
That space is not only where the team works. It is intended as a venue for client discussion, professional seminars, connecting resources and sharing knowledge.
Guaranti’s view has always been that serving a client properly doesn’t mean helping them buy more. It means helping them understand more. In a complicated financial environment, what clients need isn’t a simple answer — it’s a clear, durable approach they can rely on over time. The new office is a further step toward putting that into practice.

Three core business lines
Guaranti’s work now extends well beyond mortgage services alone. Around what clients and their families need at different stages, the firm has developed three core lines:
Mortgage financing · tax and financial planning · insurance services
Alongside these, Guaranti works closely with lawyers so that clients requiring legal support receive a properly connected service.
From mortgage approval and asset allocation to insurance protection, tax arrangements, legal support and family succession, the firm is building a more systematic, more professional, and better coordinated platform.

What the platform is for
For a client, this means no longer moving between institutions that don’t talk to each other, and no longer navigating fragmented information and complicated processes.
By bringing professional resources together, Guaranti aims to give families more complete support at each of the financial decisions that matter — and to remain with them across the long term rather than through a single transaction.

The firm intends to keep building its platform with long-term value as the objective, continuing to integrate mortgage lending, tax and financial planning, insurance, legal support and further professional resources, so that clients receive service that is more comprehensive, more systematic and more dependable.
This is not only an office. It is intended to become a place for client exchange, professional seminars, connecting resources and planning.
Guaranti believes that financial services worth having don’t help a client complete one transaction — they accompany a client and their family a considerably longer distance.
Professional in approach. Built on trust.
Guaranti Group will continue to connect resources and serve clients, moving with more families and businesses toward a steadier, more secure and broader future.
