Beyond the office, a change of scenery gives a team a chance to reconnect. On a clear day by the water, members of the Guaranti Group Mortgage team stepped away from their desks, gathered for a boat outing and later shared a meal together.
The day was simple: conversation by the waterfront, time on the boat, a few photos and a table where nobody had to talk only about work. These moments give colleagues room to learn more about one another and build the trust that makes daily collaboration easier.
Our Mortgage team continues to grow. As our experience and perspectives grow, so does our ability to listen carefully, share knowledge and support one another through the details of our work. Growth is not only measured in numbers. It is also visible in the relationships we build, the questions we ask and the way we show up for each other.
We returned with photos, good memories and a stronger sense of the team behind the work.
One Team. One Financial Journey.
